Brave the snow in Fair Isle

Fair Isle is THE print this winter, it’s everywhere! Chunky cardigans and jumpers are all over the runway as well as being popular with celebrities…

D&G :: Rag & Bone :: Max Mara

1. Fair Isle Cosy Cardigan – £33.80 – Forever 21

This cosy cardi is perfect for the winter months, with a chunky knit and 30% wool it will keep you lovely and warm. The colours will go with everything and it’s perfect to chuck on with skinny jeans, long boots and a vest top on a comfy day.

2. Knitted Fair Isle Dress – £24.99 – New Look

The cute heart pattern on this dress makes it stand out from other fair isle designs. It will look great with thick tights, or leggings and boots. It also comes in a range of colours so there’s a choice for everyone.

3. Sparkle & Fade Fairisle Knitted Coat – £75.00 – Urban Outfitters

I love the green and grey stripe underneath the print on this cardigan/coat. The wide collar and deep pockets add extra comfort. It adds warmth to a simple T-shirt and jeans combo and will work well with uggs for a sloppy look. Or team it with a mini, thick tights and boots for a more polished look.

4. Ivory Reindeer Cardigan – £24.00 – Dorothy Perkins

This creamy cardigan is adorable with the reindeer print and polka-dot detail. It can be worn with the buttons done up and a mini and tights for a cute Rachel Berry geek-chic look (see below). Or open with a T-shirt, jeans and biker boots to create a more edgy look.

5. Snowflake Jumper – £45.00 – Topshop

Although not technically Fair Isle, this snowflake design is like a magnified version of the pattern. This slouchy oversized jumper looks super-cosy and warm with 28% wool, it’ll keep you warm.
